When you pre arrange your Airport transfer you will also need to provide your flight details, including airline, flight number and arrival time in the local airport. E-mail to HanoiAirportTransfer@gmail.com

1. Payment must be done to the driver at the end of the journey. Pay with cash USD or VND only !

2. After we receive your booking you will be sent a confirmation message or email. The confirmation email is your reservation.

3. The destination and pickup addresses on your ticket are the address to which you will be delivered and picked up.

4. Customers are entitled to cancel the reservation by email or phone. We ask our customers to send the cancelation as soon as possible so we can have the car available for other customers.

5. Customers are limited to two items of luggage including a golf bag. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. The driver will not be able to accept more passengers or luggage than possible, due to safety measures.

6. We charge an additional $2 for airport pickup service from 22h00 until midnight, $3 after midnight. Smoking is not allowed in our Transfer vehicles.
