Bãi Cháy - West side of Halong City

In 1994, Hòn Gai and Bãi Cháy were amalgamated into Ha Long City, but locals still stick to the old names - as does minibus - since this is a useful way to distinguish between the two former towns, which lies on either side of narrow Cua Luc channel. The western side of Halong city is also called Bai Chay, is the animated tourism zone.
