My friend and I had Hanoi 4 nights to spend, and we booked this hotel based on recommendation from our friends. They were absolutely right! We had a great stay at Hanoi Grand View Hotel. The staff is so nice and so welcoming! The reception is open 24/24 and there is free tea, coffee and fruit in the room - and a mini bar which was handy to keep things cold. It has a convenient location on a quiet street in the Old Quarter, about 2 minutes walk to beautiful places to see as the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem lake, Warter Puppet theater,shops, restaurants, etc. We will return to stay this hotel without doubt!

We were there for 2 nights this weekend and we will return there again for new years weekend.. This is a great hotel with really friendly staff, clean rooms with DOUBLE GLAZED windows..You can get a really good sleep here although you are in the middle of the old quarter.. HALLELUJAH! The staff was fast to accommodate any of our wishes and they have overnight valet parking for only 10 000 VND:) We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed in a suite for 45USD net per night. P.S: The breakfast was not whopping, but we didn't care, the rest of the stay made up for it and then some:)

The man of my life n myself stayed @ a 5-star hotel Hanoi for 3 days from 20-23Nov n 1 nite stay @ Grand View on 23 Nov juz 2 see the difference.
I was shocked @ check-in @ the 5 star hotel tat due to the promo given, there will b no breakfast for 3 days. I quickly wrote a memo 2 the General manager but the next 3 days I did not hear anything from him.
When I checked into Grand View, I was pleasantly surprised by the nice n beautiful ladies around. Though they spoke little English, but their signature smiles n their willingness 2 serve simply blew my mind! There was even breakfast provided! Internet access with personal computer in the room! Wow! With more than half the price discounted at Park View, I saw warm faces, FOC breakfast (my man enjoyed very much) n FOC internet access with PC! Wat can I say but simply..... Awesome! Indiscrible!

At $30 this hotel is at the top of the price tree for this area. Even at this price we were offered a room without a window(which we declined). We did get a room with a wonderful view. Throughout the hotel the carpets were dirty. The stairs were chipped on every landing. The shower lead was so short that it was impossible to have a shower standing up. The water stayed hot only long enough for one of us to wash. The bath was not properly fixed. Breakfast had run out of most choices by 8.30. There was tea or coffe but not no juice. The staff could not care. We checked out and went round the corner, where for the same price we had an excellent hotel. I had certainly stayed in better hotels for about half the price.

Having decided to stay in a hotel in the Old Quarters in Hanoi, our main concern was whether we'll be getting clean and comfortable room, bed and toilet. A 3-star rating and pictures on the internet can be misleading. Our search ended with Hanoi Grand View. We're indeed pleased and satisfied with the superior room we had. Not only were the pictures correct, there was even a PC with broadband in the room. The staff were indeed very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant stay in Hanoi.

旧市街買い物や観光にはいい立地条件です。買い物、市場へ行くにも便利です。ホアンキエム湖まで数分です。またリペアして半年だったので新しく、部屋は心地良かったです。テレビも薄型テレビでチャンネルもたくさんありました。ＮＨＫが観れました。他に、アリラン、ＫＢＳワールドも観れました。シャワーに問題があり、ホットシャワーが出るのですが、何分か経つとお湯が出なくなっていました。2泊したのですが、両日シャワーに問題がありました。朝ごはんはバイキングでした。種類はそこそこですが、満足でした。　スタッフの対応はしっかりしてましたし、得に夜からの男性のスタッフは一番良かったです。英語も堪能でしたし、親切でした。

Nous avons séjourné au Grand View Hotel 4 jours fin octobre,début novembre.
Coté acceuil,le personnel est parfait, attentionné,trés pro.Par contre l'un des 2 agents qui ont en charge la vente de circuit ou transfert,nous a littéralement plumés.
Monsieur Tuyen,dont il s'agit ,nous a vendu sur un circuit DienBien_Sapa_Hanoi une suite de prestations fantaisistes dont nous n'avons pas vue la couleur ,bien qu'ayant payé le prix fort.Ex:un guide francophone remplacé par un serveur de l'hotel local qui parlait 5 mots de français en tout,le circuit en voiture privée remplacé par le minibus local,les places en train couchettes à 85euros remplacées une fois payées par des places à 40.Nous avons en effet ,fait le choix de la mauvaise personne,puisque Thao, la collégue parlant trés bien français de ce douteux intermédiaire,avait une conception nettement plus intégre et plus saine du commerce avec les touristes.Du ménage à faire!

１０月に友人と3泊しました。
予約サイトでは、部屋にセーフティボックスや無料のインターネット、飲み物などのファシリティが付いていると書いていたのに、何一つ付いてはいませんでした。
一番の不満は、チェックインの時にパスポートを預けなければならないのですが、扱いが雑ということです。パスポートはタッパーみたいな物に入れて鍵はかけず放置。フロントに人がいなくなることが度々・・・。
さらに、「チェックインの次の日に返す」と言われたのにもかかわらず、返してくれない。（その後、私と友人が少し嫌な顔をしたので返しにきました）
ホテルにパスポートを預けるのが当たり前なのかもしれませんが、やはり大事な物なので正直不安でした。
また、朝食はブッフェですが、とてもしょぼいと思いました。
シャワーも一日目しかお湯が出ず、二日目からは水でした。（フロントに言ったら直してくれましたが・・・）

良かったと思った所は、立地が良いということとエレベーターが付いていることです。あと、部屋は清潔だったので居心地は悪くなかったです。

J'ai passé quelques jours à Hanoi. Je suis descendu au Grand View hotel. Rapport qualité/prix exellent. Chambre magnifiques, lit et draps impec, grande salle de bain avec baignoire, WI FI, safety box, bref tout. Et très bien situé, près du lac.
L'acceil , en français est très sympa. J'ai pris deux jours d'excurtion en baie d'Halong, proposé par l'hotel. C'était génial, et à un petit prix.
Si vous etes à Hanoi, c'est l hotel qu 'il vous faut. Moi j'y retournerais .
